Depending on availability a payment request will be sent to you after we receive your booking request.

In order to guarantee your reservation, a deposit is required, which it will be 25% of the total cost of your stay.

Once the deposit is paid we will send you a voucher which will constitute confirmation of payment.

Check In

If you arrive early and your room is empty and ready you can enter, if it is not ready, we are happy to check your luggage until it is ready.

The balance of your payment must be paid on arrival.

You can request a cot for a child up to 2 years old free of charge.

Cancellation requests made 21 or more days from your scheduled arrival date will be refunded in full of the down payment minus any bank transfer fees / money.

Cancellation requests in less than 21 days will not receive any return.

"No Shows" will not receive a refund.

Early Departures

If for any reason your departure is earlier than it should have been scheduled, you will be charged 50% of the remainder of the stay. If the remainder of the stay is less than the cost of a single night, will charge the whole night.


Your apartments and studios are thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, and have clean bed linen and bath towels.

We clean the apartments and studios daily.

We will provide room cleaning with linen change every three days and change of towels for you every two days.

General Policies

We do not accept pets.

There will be a strict no smoking policy in place studios and apartments.
